Gary Reach, President
During and after graduation from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, Gary worked for East Coast Newspaper Sales a newspaper marketing company based in Atlantic City New Jersey. After 11 years of call center experience within the newspaper industry, Gary founded TeleReach, Inc. in 1991. TeleReach has grown from its modest beginnings of 10 seats in Waterbury, CT to representing over 50 newspapers throughout the United States.
Mike Prince, Call Center Director
Mike leads our largest call center in Oil City, PA. His experience spans more than 20 years of newspaper circulation marketing. He started managing a 25 seat center at the New York Daily News, then a 40 seat at the Detroit Free Press/ Detroit News and now our state of the art facility in Oil City, PA. As call center director, Mike is hands-on. His direction ensures all sales quotas are met on a weekly basis. Mike meets with his staff of supervisors on a daily basis and makes continual adjustments where necessary to ensure the quality and quantity of starts our clients rely on us for.
Linnette Algarin, Call Center Director
Linnette’s career has grown with TeleReach. After quickly becoming a top sales representative 17 years ago, she was promoted to a Shift Manager position at one of the two TeleReach Connecticut call centers. She then took the initiative in obtaining education in Business Management and shortly thereafter was promoted to the Call Center Director position in the Waterbury, CT call center. Primarily due to Linnette’s success in Waterbury, TeleReach combined the Connecticut operations into one location and placed Linnette in charge of the combined facility in our current Plainville, CT call center. Linnette is our CRM expert. Along with setting the call center direction and ensuring quotas are met, Linnette establishes the best practices for our CRM system. These practices help TeleReach maximize contacts and sales per hour.
Cam Craig, Major Accounts Coordinator
After successful years of selling and verifying, Cam was promoted to Lead Verifier, supervising a staff of quality control experts and retention specialists. Recognizing the importance of accuracy of information, she developed verification procedures that increased prepaid sales and verified sales per rep percentages. Well over 50% of TeleReach sales are now prepaid with many programs at 100% prepaid. In her current role of Major Accounts Coordinator, all communications regarding lists, campaign set up, scripting and order entry run through Cam and her department. She also writes our verification scripts while providing accurate and up to date information for clients.
